Fight the good fight
Sometimes we feel like everything in life is against us. Do ever you feel like as soon as you have finally accomplished something or are close to a perfect reality, it all falls apart. Many times we blame God and get mad that he would allow this. However, if the world was perfect why would we need God? Something that I have had to learn is that God does not give us trials. He allows them, so that we can grow and so He can do something better out of it. Life is like a war. Every day there's a new battle to face. For me my battles have lasted 3 years. The anxiety in my life and the depression have made me feel weak from the fight. When you're in the battle you often don't think anything good could come from it, but God has shown me and many others that it can reach people and change people for good. God doesn't leave us alone to fight it. In fact, the Bible says that he is at the front lines of battle with us going through it all.
Deuteronomy 20:4 "For the Lord God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory."
Deuteronomy 3:22 " Do not be afraid of them the Lord God himself will fight for you."
The Lord is your strength through it all. We keep on fighting this war for our God and King, and He fights for us just the same.
2nd Timothy 2:3 says, "Join with me in suffering, like a good soldier of Christ Jesus."
We go through the suffering to become better soldiers. One quote that I love is, "God doesn't give the hardest battles to the toughest soldiers, He creates the toughest soldier through lifes hardest battles." Keep on fighting, and you will grow closer to God because you have to depend on him. You will become stronger day by day and grow in your faith. Even when you feel weak, God is your strength.
-BATTLEGROUND-
They say don't be emotional
Stop playing round
But I'm telling you now
My mind is a battleground
A growing war
An uneasiness as I sleep
I'm fighting each day
as I smile to cover the pain
You dont feel the things I feel
No one is the same,
we each bring a new thing
But I feel I'm the last one standing.
Going against an army.
An army specially trained to take down my kind
I'm to week from the fight
To tired to stand
But I have a secret weapon
The armor of God
A belt of truth,
a breastplate of righteousness,
the shoes of the gospel of peace,
A shield of faith,
the helmet of salvation,
and the sword of the Spirit
You cant take us down.
Our army holds a God, a king
Who doesn't stand by
But is at the frontlines helping,
Protecting, and ensuring an eternal life.
He died on a cross of shame.
After being tortured and beaten.
Put on trial for His life
and betrayed by man kind
But even that didnt defeat Him
The same man kind that betrayed Him
He died to save them
He loves them
And I believe in my King
As a soldier of Christ
2 Timothy 2:3

Psalm 20
"May the Lord answer you when you are in distress;
may the name of the God of Jacobprotect you.
2
May he send you help from the sanctuary
and grant you support from Zion.
3
May he remember all your sacrifices
and accept your burnt offerings.[b]
4
May he give you the desire of your heart
and make all your plans succeed.
5
May we shout for joy over your victory
and lift up our banners in the name of our God.
May the Lord grant all your requests.
6
Now this I know:
The Lord gives victory to his anointed.
He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary
with the victorious power of his right hand.
7
Some trust in chariots and some in horses,
but we trust in the name of the Lordour God.
8
They are brought to their knees and fall,
but we rise up and stand firm.
9
Lord, give victory to the king!
Answer us when we call!"
Psalm 144:1
"Praise be to the Lord my Rock,
who trains my hands for war,
my fingers for battle."
Please listen to these songs carefully and keep on fighting for and with God:
