Jet lag of life
In the world we live in even cities brag about never sleeping. We all wish we could sleep just five more minutes and those minutes turn into thirty minutes or more until your late for school or work. This life is tiring. Everyday you get up and got to go to school or work, you deal with the anxiety and drama that may come with that day, and to top it all off you probably go to bed super late just to wake up early and tired the next morning. This may not be you. You may actually go to bed at a decent time and be a great morning person who goes after the day. Either way it can still be tiring, you still deal with the anxiety and the constant feeling of having to push through. You may have people depending on you and you have to get something done. In these moments it feels like you have jet lag or what I like call, ' life lag" . You feel tired all day and it may shut down your day.
